The Washington DC area has been getting a little snow lately.
OK, a whole lot of snow. Tons of it. Way too much of the white stuff for many (according to weather barometers, Facebook and Twitter).
But take heart, our snow-bound friends and family, the sun shall shine again someday.
Green will return…
From sea to shining sea.
Soon enough, the snows of February will melt away, Terra Firma will sprout anew, and the smell of fresh-cut grass will fill the air.
Until then, stay warm, and contemplate the question begged by this sign:
What, exactly, is at the “back of green,” and where is it? If it’s not the end of the rainbow…
Yup. We’re thinking “white.”
